We are capable of injecting highly précised plastic parts using a wide range of resins like PA6, PA6.6, ABS, PC, PVC, PBT, PS,PP and SAN including glass fibre and mineral filled materials. We are well equipped with the CNC controlled injection moulding machines like Arburg, Dong shin from korea and Hwa-chin and Chende from Taiwan and machine ranging from 60 ton to 480 Tons.

We use very precision machines like Charmiles & Agie Edm; Makino cnc machining center and Jotes surface grinding machines to fabricate our progressive stamping dies, injection moulds, jigs and fixtures. We fabricate mould with single & multi daylight as well as dies with single stage and progressive types.

All wireform (Tech ware product ) are made from safe and non-toxic materials, cups and serving bowls , containers etc.. do not release any harmful chemicals in food or liquid contents.
