Our Manufacturing Prowess

We are capable of injecting highly precised plastic parts using a wide range of resins like PA6, PA6.6, ABS, PC, PVC, PBT, PS including glass fibre and mineral filled materials. We do use robo-arms for these machines to increase the productivity. We build our own injection moulds by using advanced techniques and latest CAD/CAM facilities. We fabricate them in our own well equipped tool-room with sophisticated machines. Our special ability to design mould within 10-15days is the key area in capturing large customers who require faster model changes.
